Tennis for Beginners is a series of FREE weekly summer lessons for youth and adults who reside in Thompson. Lessons are held at the new Monticello High School tennis courts! This program is in partnership with U.S. Tennis Association (USTA) Eastern and lessons are run by Coach Tutu Gupta, who has decades of experience coaching tennis. Equipment and instruction are provided!
Lessons are Wednesdays from July 17th – August 14th: from 5:30-6:30 pm for youth and from 6:30-7:30 pm for adults. There will be a special kickoff event featuring an initial lesson on Wednesday, July 17th from 5:30-7:00 pm. In the event of inclement weather, the lesson will be canceled for that week.
