Board of Assessment Review
The Board of Assessment Review is an independent board that hears grievances of property owners with respect to their property assessments. Persons who do not file a grievance cannot challenge an assessment in court. Questions should be directed to Angela Ruggeri, Board Secretary at 845-794-2500 x324.

Board of Assessment Review (BAR) convenes on the 4th Tuesday in May to hear grievances. Please contact the Board Secretary Angela Ruggeri at 845-794-2500 ext 324 for a scheduled appointment with the board.
