Property tax bills have now been uploaded to www.taxlookup.net and will be in the mail shortly. There was a problem with the contractor Sullivan County uses which prevented the bills from going out. Taxes can be paid by mail (PO Box 240, Monticello, NY 12701) or in person at the Catskill Hudson Bank (Monticello) or at the Town Hall.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will work with the County to make sure it does not recur. Please remember that taxes are due by January 31st to avoid extra interest.
