Boys and girls who reside in Thompson are invited to join in a FREE weekly sports night event held at Somerville Field, across the street from Cooke Elementary School. Sports nights run weekly at 5:30 pm on Wednesdays through October 25th. The first event was a kickball game – and the following events are “kid’s choice” with options including whiffle ball, dodgeball, and other field sports. Lately, local law enforcement has been showing up to join in the fun!
