New Sign Code and Guide
New Sign Code and Guide

With assistance from the Sullivan County Business-Friendly Zoning Program, the Town has adopted a new Sign Code (Local Law 2 of 2019) and design guide.  The purpose of the new code is to establish standards for signs to help preserve and improve the appearance of the Town, and to promote public safety by regulating the location, quality, construction and maintenance of signs. The goal of the guide is to assist sign owners to comply with the new sign code and promote effective signage. [Download Sign Guidelines PDF]
